Return Policy

At SimCraft, every simulator is built to order with precision craftsmanship, tailored specifications, and a level of detail expected by professional drivers and teams. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not generally accepted.

Exceptions

In rare cases, and solely at SimCraft’s discretion, we may consider a return request. If approved, the return is subject to the following conditions:

  • Evaluation of Condition: We assess product age, wear, and any customized specifications (e.g., powder coat color, seat model, control layout).
  • Remanufacturing Costs: If a return is accepted, significant costs will be deducted from the refund to cover remanufacturing, which may include full disassembly, refinishing, component replacement, rebuilding, and retesting.
  • Restocking and Processing Fees: Additional fees may apply to cover inspection, logistics, and administrative time.

All return requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The default policy remains no returns.

Acting in Good Faith

SimCraft is committed to long-term relationships with our customers. While we maintain a strict policy to protect the integrity of our build process and resale ecosystem, we will always act in good faith where feasible.
