At SimCraft, we create the most advanced motion simulators for land, air, and space.
In motorsports, SimCraft is unmatched in driver development, offering an extraordinary virtual experience. Why?
SimCraft accurately replicates real-world physics. If it acts like a vehicle, it FEELS like a vehicle.
Every aspect of our simulators, from the construction of the hardware to the development of the software, is informed by scientific research and engineering expertise. We meticulously analyze the dynamics of vehicle and aircraft motion, drawing upon established theories such as those formulated by Euler and Sir Isaac Newton.
Our team of experts applies their knowledge of physics, mathematics, neuroscience and engineering to create simulators that faithfully replicate the experience of driving or flying. By understanding the underlying principles of motion and force, we design simulators that provide realistic cues for training and entertainment purposes.
Furthermore, our commitment to science extends beyond the design phase. We continually test and refine our simulators, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of accuracy and performance. Through rigorous experimentation and validation, we verify that our simulators deliver results that align with scientific predictions.
When you choose SimCraft, you’re choosing a partner that prioritizes scientific integrity and precision. Experience the difference that science-based design makes with our full-motion simulators.
Our systems embrace the “center of mass” rotation principle, achieving a near-zero moment of inertia. This sophisticated application of rigid body dynamics eliminates latency, ensuring near instantaneous response from controls input to motion output, regardless of the mass being moved in all three rotational axis (roll, pitch, yaw). While NASA boasts a similar technology, their simulator remains inaccessible to the general public.
SimCraft goes beyond by offering all three rotational axes and all three translational axes (surge, sway, heave), resulting in a full six degrees of freedom (6DOF). By leveraging these six degrees of freedom, SimCraft mirrors the precise movements and reactions of a real car, delivering an unparalleled authentic experience.
SimCraft brings the cutting-edge power of center of mass motion simulation directly to you, providing a high-fidelity motion simulation experience that no competitor matches.
Our center of mass architecture embodies the pinnacle of simulation technology, delivering an unparalleled blend of reality across physical, physiological, pulmonary, and neurological realms, achieving an astonishing 90% fidelity. In simpler terms, it’s as real as it gets. Drivers often describe the sensation as a “seat of the pants” experience, and at SimCraft, we deliver precisely that.
Prepare to embark on a journey of precision training like never before with our center of mass simulators. Guided by the timeless principles of Euler and Newton, our simulators redefine realism, allowing you to feel every twist, surge, and gravitational force with astonishing accuracy. Whether you’re honing your racing skills or perfecting your aerial maneuvers, our simulators ensure that every movement is met with an authentic response. Welcome to the future of simulation, where training and experience intersect seamlessly to elevate your performance to new heights.
Practice does not make perfect. Only perfect practice makes perfect.
Vince Lombardi
At SimCraft, we understand that not all practice is created equal. That’s why we believe in the philosophy of “translational seat time” – the notion that time spent training in our center of mass simulator directly translates to improved performance on the track.
Through diligent scientific validation, we’ve honed our simulation solutions to deliver the most accurate replication of real-world race car dynamics. This means that every session, our hardware equips drivers with precise motion cues, fostering faster learning, ingraining accurate muscle memory, and immersing them in an unparalleled virtual experience.
In contrast, other motion simulators may provide varying degrees of inaccurate cues, leading to driver fatigue and potentially detrimental outcomes. “Practice makes permanent” is a phrase implying potentially devastating consequences for a racing driver that deals in thousandths and hundredths of seconds. In the high-stakes world of racing, where victory often hinges on mere fractions of a second, the consequences of imperfect training can be significant.
Racing requires athletic performance. Enhancement of athletic performance requires training. Correct feedback means learning and performance improvement. Incorrect feedback means disconnection, incoordination, and stalled performance improvement. A split second in racing is the difference between the finish line and the wall.
So, why settle for anything less than perfection? Train like a champion with SimCraft and elevate your practice to excellence.
Many characteristics once believed to reflect innate talent are actually the result of intense practice extended for a minimum of 10 years.

Malcolm Gladwell popularized the concept of the 10,000-hour rule in his book “Outliers,” drawing from research by K. Anders Ericsson. This rule suggests that to achieve world-class proficiency in any field, one must dedicate at least 10,000 hours to deliberate practice. However, for aspiring drivers, the challenges of access to tracks, time constraints, and financial limitations can impede this journey to mastery.
Enter the SimCraft motion simulator—an invaluable tool that accelerates the path to expertise in driving. By providing a platform for deliberate practice, SimCraft enables drivers to hone their skills in a controlled environment, free from the constraints of real-world limitations. With unlimited access to simulated track time, drivers can push their boundaries, experiment with the limits, and refine their techniques without the risks associated with physical tracks.
The constraints of travel time, track time, maintenance cost, consumables cost, and liability cost vanish within the simulated realm. With a SimCraft, drivers can spend more time testing and learning the limits of physics and the car with no concern about bodily harm or the prohibitive cost of traditional training methods.
By maximizing their time and efforts in deliberate practice in a SimCraft, drivers progress at an accelerated rate, surpassing their real-life peers in skill development. This rapid advancement sets them on the fast track to success, positioning them as contenders for championships and accolades in the competitive world of motorsports. With SimCraft, the journey to expertise is not just achievable—it’s accelerated.
Among the elite racing organizations like NASCAR, IMSA, WEC, ASA, Lamborghini Super Trofeo, Porsche Carrera Cup, SRO GT World Challenge, Trans-Am, and more, SimCraft is the preferred choice for professional drivers honing their skills.
Many drivers rely on SimCraft for its unparalleled training and preparation capabilities but are reluctant to reveal their secret weapon for fear of losing their competitive edge. With over 90 wins in 2023 alone, SimCraft has proven to be the trusted partner for champions aiming to stay ahead.

Every simulator we build—be it for racing, driving, or flying—is grounded in the core principles of vehicular software development. Software engineers and developers, particularly those focused on vehicle physics, employ coordinate systems to process thousands of calculations in milliseconds. They begin with the vehicle’s center of mass (CoM) as the origin for local or body coordinates, essential for precisely computing rotations and translations. This principle is not only foundational but also universal.
At SimCraft, we craft our hardware with this very foundation in mind. The movements of the cockpit are intentionally designed to align perfectly with these established rules and laws of motion. When both software and hardware are in synchronicity with the same guiding foundational principles, the resulting simulation is seamlessly unified.
At SimCraft, we never sacrifice fidelity. The driver in the cockpit is the entire focus of our product and is the only thing that matters. While we lead the market in our motion technology, we also lead the market in our philosophies regarding visual and auditory fidelity, after all a sim is about what you see, what you hear, and what you feel.
For this reason, we prescribe a strict adherence to a total environment simulation. What this means is that the visual and audio systems are rigidly integrated into the simulation. Active visuals that move with the cockpit, and surround audio that stays in sync with every rotation and every translation are our standard.
A driver’s relationship to their windshield and mirrors does not change in real-life. Since this is the case, your visuals in a sim must move with the cockpit. Otherwise the fidelity of the simulation will never meet it’s potential.
