Las Vegas, NV – CES 2026 – SimCraft, the U.S.-based leader in high-fidelity motion simulator technology, has partnered with LG Electronics for CES 2026 to deliver a physically and visually integrated racing simulation experience enabled by the latest advances in motion and display technology, designed to reduce visual-motion latency and improve perceptual realism inside the LG booth.
At LG Booth #15004, SimCraft is presenting its APEX 2 CT Racing Simulator, paired with triple 39-inch LG UltraGear evo OLED monitors featuring AI Upscaling technology, in a live interactive motorsports showcase. The monitors are part of the newly announced UltraGear evo lineup from LG, designed to expand high-resolution immersive display experiences.
SimCraft’s APEX 2 CT Racing Simulator uses a 2 degree-of-freedom (2 DOF) motion system engineered with physics-based motion technology to reinforce driving cues derived directly from vehicle dynamics. By synchronizing motion with high-quality visuals, the system enhances realism and immersion beyond static simulator setups.
Correct motion in simulation is not about adding movement, but about preserving cause and effect. When motion follows the same physical rules as a real vehicle, users gain clearer sensory cues, improved focus, and more intuitive control inputs. Physics-correct motion reduces sensory conflict, allowing drivers to better perceive load transfer, braking forces, and grip limits. The end result is greater confidence, faster learning, and a simulation experience that feels coherent rather than exaggerated.
Simulation is ultimately about belief.
Sean MacDonald, Co-Founder and CTO of SimCraft
“Simulation is ultimately about belief,” said Sean MacDonald, Co-Founder and CTO of SimCraft. “When motion and visuals are designed to work together, the experience crosses a threshold where the brain accepts it as real. LG’s UltraGear evo OLED technology, combined with our motion architecture, makes that immediately apparent.“
The APEX 2 CT on display is part of SimCraft’s modular motion racing simulator lineup, designed and manufactured in the United States. SimCraft systems are used in professional racing, driver development, and advanced training environments where motion fidelity and realism matter.
LG’s UltraGear evo monitors deliver vivid contrast and responsiveness while incorporating AI Upscaling technology, which enhances image clarity and detail in real time. This collaboration showcases how advanced display innovations can elevate motion simulator experiences for both enthusiasts and professionals.
